1. Site survey
Before pricing, we visit (or accept your dimensioned drawing) to record wall length, soffit height, substrate type, services in walls and floors, and access route from delivery point to install location. The survey informs whether you need plinths, end panels, sloping tops or any bespoke trim around obstructions.
2. Manufacturing and lead time
Standard steel lockers ship in 2–4 weeks from order confirmation. Bespoke laminate and made-to-order colours are typically 4–8 weeks. We can hold delivery to coincide with school holidays, factory shutdowns or office refurb phases.
3. Delivery and access
Lockers arrive flat-packed or partially assembled depending on size. We need clear vehicle access (Luton or curtain-side typical), a level route to the install area, and a holding zone for cardboard waste. For city-centre or restricted access we can pre-arrange porter teams or hoist hire.
4. Installation on site
Lockers are assembled, set out, levelled with packers (because no UK floor is actually flat), bolted together as banks, and finally anchored to wall and/or floor with appropriate fixings — concrete bolts, resin anchors or timber-grade screws depending on substrate. Sloping tops, plinths and end panels are fitted last.

5. Handover and aftercare
On completion we walk the install with you, demonstrate lock operation, leave master keys and battery spares (for electronic locks), and provide care/cleaning guidance. Standard 10-year carcass warranty applies from handover. Our installers carry CSCS cards, public liability insurance and DBS clearance for school and healthcare environments.
