Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of britishlockers.uk and the supply, delivery and installation of lockers by British Lockers UK, a trading brand of Rackstor Ltd.

Quotations

Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise and are based on information you provide and any site survey carried out. Specifications, lead times and prices may change if scope, materials or access conditions change.

Orders & payment

An order is confirmed once you sign our quotation and we acknowledge it. Payment terms are 50% deposit on order and 50% on completion of installation, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Delivery & installation

We will agree delivery and installation dates in advance. The customer is responsible for safe site access, parking, power and a clear working area. Delays caused by site conditions may be re-charged at our standard day rate.

Warranty

Standard steel locker carcasses carry a 10-year structural warranty; locks, hinges and electronic components carry a 12-month warranty unless extended in writing. Misuse, vandalism and unauthorised modification are excluded.

Liability

Our total liability under any contract is limited to the value of that contract. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
